Responsibilities

A blend of administrative, safety-related, materials support, and general site coordination, including:

  • Filing, scanning, data entry
  • Updating job bulletins
  • SharePoint management
  • Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations (combining slides, formatting)
  • Ordering lunches for executives
  • General coordination across multiple departments
  • Managing retention and document flow for safety items
  • Tracking permits, licenses, certifications
  • Daily document upkeep and reporting
  • Organizing receipts
  • Shipping/receiving paperwork
  • Filing receipts with appropriate vendors

Software Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate)
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Comfortable combining documents, maintaining logs, and editing presentations
