Responsibilities
A blend of administrative, safety-related, materials support, and general site coordination, including:
- Filing, scanning, data entry
- Updating job bulletins
- SharePoint management
- Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations (combining slides, formatting)
- Ordering lunches for executives
- General coordination across multiple departments
- Managing retention and document flow for safety items
- Tracking permits, licenses, certifications
- Daily document upkeep and reporting
- Organizing receipts
- Shipping/receiving paperwork
- Filing receipts with appropriate vendors
Software Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate)
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Comfortable combining documents, maintaining logs, and editing presentations
