SITE ADMINISTRATOR

An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Administrator to join a well-established WA gold operation supporting the site maintenance team. This is a long-term role on an 8/6 FIFO roster, working within a stable, production-focused mining environment.

This site is known for strong safety standards, consistent production, and a tight-knit maintenance team, making it an ideal role for someone who wants stability and to be embedded in the operation rather than rotating through short-term contracts.

The Role

Reporting directly to site-based maintenance leadership, you will play a key role in keeping maintenance activities running smoothly day to day.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance administration support for supervisors and planners
• SAP / CMMS data entry, work orders, reporting and document control
• Timesheets, purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking
• Liaising with maintenance crews, stores, contractors and site admin
• Assisting with shutdown preparation and maintenance reporting
• General site administration and compliance documentation

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Maintenance Administrator on a mine site
• Good understanding of maintenance workflows in a production environment
• Experience using SAP or similar CMMS systems
• Comfortable working FIFO and engaging with site-based stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
