Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective document control and management processes
- Monitor document control processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Set up and maintain project filing systems
- Coordinate all activities related to Document Control procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and records for site materials and construction equipment
- Generate and maintain document control reports as required by the project
- Prepare and type site-related documents and follow up on site documentation needs
- Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to relevant staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
