Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major civils infrastructure project based at Birchley Island, Birmingham. The Site Agent will act as the construction lead on site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management, supervision and safe delivery of works.
The role will initially involve approximately two months of night works carrying out trial holes, followed by a six-month Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase before progressing into the main junction improvement works. This is a key leadership position, ensuring efficient site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and programme delivery.
