Site Agent

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of a tunnel and shafts project in Denbigh, North Wales. This is a long-term freelance opportunity on a technically challenging civil engineering scheme, requiring strong leadership and underground works experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site activities for tunnelling and shaft construction works
• Coordinating engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
• Implementing and managing RAMS and maintaining high HSEQ standards
• Liaising with the Project Manager, client, and design teams
• Managing site logistics, plant, labour, and materials
• Monitoring progress and resolving technical and operational issues
