Site API Inspector

Primary Responsibilities: Inspection & Compliance Perform equipment inspections per API 510, API 653 and APPI 570 standards Act as Authorized Inspector for pressure vessels, piing and storage tanks Ensure inspections align with RAGAGEP and OSHA 1910.119 Documentation & Reporting Develop/Authorize/Maintain standardized inspection plans Complete post-inspection reports with actionable short term and long term recommendations Update SAP and equipment files with inspection history and plans Maintain documentation per corporate and site MIQA practices Repair & Maintenance Develop and document repair plans for fixed equipment Perform field contract administration duties during field repairs of equipment Evaluate fitness-for-service and remaining life of equipment Ensure all repairs to fixed equipment is documented in accordance with OSHA 1910.117 Quality Assurance Create QA plans for new equipment fabrication Perform/coordinate QA inspections on -site and at shop locations Technical oversigh...
