Site Based 2nd Line IT Engineer - Tailor Made Technologies

Overview of the Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Based 2nd Line IT Engineer who will be based in Segensworth at one of our key customers. This role will involve being the onsite contact for the customer, bringing your IT knowledge and customer experience to provide an efficient, approachable and streamlined methodology to fixing their IT issues. As one of our 2nd Line IT Engineers you will be expected to work on our client’s site 5 days a week, which will also include a weekly visit to one of their sites in Farnborough.

Responsibilities

Although you will be on site at one of our clients you will be an important member of the Tailor Made Technologies team, you will be the face of the company every day. As our 2nd Line IT Engineer, you will be responsible for:
