We are looking for highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineers to join our team for residential building projects in Chennai.

Position: Civil Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: Minimum 5-10 years

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must have strong prior experience in supervising and executing residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete site execution for residential buildings
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, structural requirements, and specifications
• Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
• Manage labour teams, materials, and daily site operations
• Maintain quality control, safety standards, and timely completion
• Resolve site issues, technical queries, and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports
• Handle site measurements, client updates, and billing processes

Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction
• Ability to independently manage and lead site activities
