Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve any construction-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure that all construction activities align with EGA (Emirates Global Aluminium) project requirements and standards.
  • Lead and motivate the construction team, ensuring high performance and collaboration on-site.
