Job Description
This role is based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. The offered salary range is $4000 - $4,500 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all daily construction activities on site, including structural, architectural, and MEP works, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, surveyors, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring proper task allocation, work sequencing, and smooth execution of works.
- Oversee structural construction activities and ensure works are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, and inspection requirements.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, and manpower performance, and take corrective actions to maintain planned timelines and efficiency.
