Job Description
Pre - Construction stage
Review BQ, contracts, and related documentation to understand project and contractual requirements
Assist in planning and coordinating all pre-construction activities with the project team
Chair or participate in Project Start-Up Meetings when required
Construction stage
Monitor site progress in accordance with contract terms and approved schedules
Identify, report, and mitigate potential project risks
Monitor project programs and ensure deviations are addressed promptly
Take responsibility for coordinating Extension of Time (EOT) matters when necessary
Ensure proper management and implementation of design drawings and information on site
About The Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction projects
Proven experience coordinating or managing site-based projects (retail and office projects preferred)
