Job Description
- Interface with co-engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and site about day to day work plans, accomplishment & critical schedules.
- Review, analyze & resolve site coordinating issues with M&E sub-contractors & site civil supervisor.
- Maintain daily recap of events for review with the Project Manager on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate safety efforts, quality control, ISO quality manuals during working time and weekly sub-contractors meeting.
- Interpret plans, drawings, details and specs for M&E sub-contractors and craftsmen workers. Perform materials take-off & create materials requisitions.
- Pro-active in the contract administration, scheduling, costing, estimates quality control and supervision of the project.
- Check shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Supervise & direct M&E sub-contractors, suppliers, labor force & coordinate with Clients direct contractors to project completion.
