**Job Summary**
As our **Site Engagement Coordinator,** you will support our leadership team and employees as we continue to build our Ireland site. Your role will be instrumental in employee engagement activities, establishing a communication strategy for the site and contribute to the brand and social awareness campaigns locally and globally to build the IHQ presence.
**Your role will include**
+ Employee Engagement -contribute to building a strategy for activities and managing including: Social events, Brown bags, Lunch and learns, Visitor engagement
+ Program Manage other site-wide events like All Hands, Career weeks and CSR events
+ Actively contribute to social media with content and postings
+ Build a site communication cadence for sharing internal and external updates
+ Update and promote internal Sharepoint site activity
