Qualifications

• Licensed in Civil Engineer (preferrably)
• Experience in Land Development and Housing Projects
• Project Management Skills
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
• Proven track record for managing personnel and material resource.

• Reporting project updates, milestones and potential risks to the project manager or to immediate head.
• Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
