Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project implementation, manage site teams, coordinate with vendors and design teams, and maintain quality and timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Interpret and execute design drawings (AutoCAD, layout plans, etc.) accurately on site.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor work progress, quality standards, and material usage.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Handle site measurements, BOQs, and material requisitions.
• Resolve technical issues or site constraints efficiently.
• Maintain daily project reports and provide regular updates to the project manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (residential or commercial).
• Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, materials, and execution processes.
• Proficient in reading architectural and interior drawings (AutoCAD is a must).
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, project tracking tools preferred.
• Attention to detail, time management, and a proactive attitude.
