Function description
We are supporting a leading energy company in the search for an experienced FPSO Manager to join their Mexico City operations. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for managing the full FPSO delivery scope from engineering to hand‑over and start‑up.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead and develop the FPSO project team
Ensure alignment with project Basis for Design & PEP
Oversee project execution through engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning
Drive HSEQ excellence and foster a strong safety culture
Manage procurement strategy, risk processes, technical reviews and reporting
Coordinate with Subsurface, Operations, HSE, Drilling & Wells, and commercial teams
Support partners engagement and governmental/regulatory interfaces
