We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer- Civil to join our team in Essaar Builders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare and review engineering plans and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation for projects
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction
• Conduct inspections and prepare documentation for quality assurance.
• Support project planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and used efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
