Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction works for high-rise buildings (RCC structure, finishing, and services)
  • Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid clashes
  • Ensure proper execution of formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and post-tensioning (if applicable)
  • Monitor vertical alignment, level control, and surveying works
  • Manage high-rise safety measures including work at height, lifting operations, and scaffolding
  • Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
  • Coordinate with tower crane operations and logistics planning
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
  • Track construction progress floor-by-floor and report to senior management
  • Assist in planning cycle times and productivity targets per floor
