- Overseeing building work.
- Assisting Project Manager in managing construction project.
- Survey-undertaking and setting out of project site.
- Checking technical designs and drawings.
- Supervision of site work to meet specifications, budgets and timeline.
- Supervision of sub-contractor staff and workers.
- Coordinate with client representative and sub-contractors.
- Providing site report and solving problems at site.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and consultant.
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
- Successful applicant shall report to the Project Manager.
