JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing efficient and professional drafting of service drafts and maces; revises all new proposed, existing and revised plans as ordered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for drafting and designing plans; estimating the bills of materials for various projects.
• Conducts site inspection for the proposed project/installation.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and customers regarding projects that involve installation or fabrication; reports the progress or status of the project to the Project Manager.
• Maintains files and lay‑out plans.
• Assists the Sales Department people for their new projects such as project site visit, lay‑out plan preparation, estimating the bills of materials for biddings, exhibits or shows.
