Ventia is seeking a Site Engineer to support the relocation of NBN assets, contributing to the delivery of critical telecommunications infrastructure across NSW and QLD.

    • About the Role:


    As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role within a collaborative and high-performing team, with occasional site visits to support project delivery. You’ll coordinate and manage project schedules, materials, and contractor activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of NBN relocation works. Additionally, you’ll:

  • Manage and maintain project schedules, resources, and performance tracking

  • Coordinate work tickets and materials for contractors

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues

  • Provide progress reports across design, procurement, construction, and completion phases

  • Analyse program schedules to identify critical milestones and risks

  • Ensure compliance with operational, contractual, and legislative requirements

  • Engineering qualification

  • Experience in telecommunications or construction, ideally with NBN or multi-technology environments (Copper, Fibre, HFC)

  • Strong planning and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
