Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a major carriageway widening scheme in Newcastle. This is an 8-month contract with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for carriageway widening, drainage, kerbing and associated civils works
*
Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme
*
Managing QA, as-built records and site documentation
*
Liaising with the site management team, subcontractors and suppliers
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways or heavy civils projects
*
Strong setting-out skills using GPS/Total Station
*
SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
*
CSCS card essential
