Job Summary :
The O&M Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, monitoring, daily reporting and upkeep of ground-mounted solar power plants. The role ensures uninterrupted plant performance, timely issue resolution, safety compliance, and achievement of targeted generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operation & Monitoring.
Monitor daily plant performance, generation data, and equipment health.
Identify abnormalities through SCADA and on-site inspections.
Maintain logbooks, checklists, and shift reports.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance of inverters, transformers, modules, and electrical panels.
Perform corrective actions for breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of plant operations.
Coordinate with the technical team/vendors for major repairs.
Site Inspections & Housekeeping.
Conduct regular field walks to check string issues, hotspots, module cleaning, ve...
