Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines.

  • Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth execution.

  • Monitor material usage (cement, paints, bricks, sanitary ware, etc.) and prevent wastage.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at site.

  • Assist in preparing site reports, daily progress updates, and quality checks.

  • Communicate effectively with the project manager and procurement team for material requirements.

  • Conduct basic quality inspections of construction work and report discrepancies.

  • Support in resolving on-site technical issues and providing timely solutions.

    • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).

  • 6 months – 1 year of site experience in construction / trading company preferred.

  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.

  • Knowledge of construction materials like paints, sanitary ware, and bricks will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and handle on-site challenges.

  • Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
