Job Specification

• Technical Oversight: Interpreting technical designs and drawings, providing technical advice and assist/learn how to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings
• Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues;
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
• Health & Safety/ Environment: To assist environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental . Ensure site operations to comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health and safety.
• Suggest proactive measures for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
• Quality and Safety Control: Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements.
• Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement and maintain inspection records of works
• Reporting: Preparing site reports and presenting updates to Stakeholder
• Work with Project Manager and observe how to communicate with the Consultant Representative on project matters.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or other building-related

disciplines

• 3-5 years' experience in building and construction projects
