Job Responsibilities
- Study drawings and specifications to understand project requirement.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Prepare necessary paperwork or project‑related documentation regarding construction site activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Control the project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes; recommend actions.
- Ensure projects meet stipulated quality requirements by monitoring, highlighting problems or defects, and supervising the work of workers/sub‑contractors.
- Track and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.
- Assign and supervise daily workforce for workers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
