Job Responsibilities

  • Study drawings and specifications to understand project requirement.
  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork or project‑related documentation regarding construction site activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Control the project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and schedule changes; recommend actions.
  • Ensure projects meet stipulated quality requirements by monitoring, highlighting problems or defects, and supervising the work of workers/sub‑contractors.
  • Track and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.
  • Assign and supervise daily workforce for workers.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
