Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 2–3 years working experience in construction site preferred
  • Able to supervise workers and subcontractors on daily site activities
  • Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and work schedules
  • Knowledge of basic site safety practices and quality control requirements
  • Able to monitor work progress and report to Project Manager / ConstructionManager
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
  • Capable of ensuring work are carried out according to approved drawings and method statement
  • Basic knowledge of measurement and site records
