Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and manpower on site
• Interpret plans and specifications, ensuring work is as per approved drawings
• Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and trades for work sequencing
• Ensure work progress meets the approved schedule and quality standards
• Check materials delivered and ensure proper use
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety rules and PPE compliance
• Prepare daily site reports, accomplishment reports, and update the Office/Planning Engineer
• Report site issues or variations to the Project Manager for resolution

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
• 3 years of experience in high‑end residential projects
• 5 years of experience in construction
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
