Location: Project Sites (Pan India) | Base: Vadodara, Gujarat

Devashish Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a motivated and hands-on Site Engineer (PEB Projects) to support the execution of our industrial and commercial Pre-Engineered Building projects. If you have strong site coordination skills and practical experience in PEB erection and project execution, we’d like to connect with you.
Role Overview
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering work as per project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and coordinate on-site execution of PEB structure erection
✅ Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
✅ Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and erection teams for smooth workflow
✅ Monitor material receipt, handling, and consumption at site
✅ Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation
✅ Ensure quality checks for alignment, leveling, bolting, welding, and sheeting work
✅ Support measurement, billing, and contractor verification activities
✅ Ensure adherence to site safety standards and maintain safety compliance
✅ Report project updates and site issues to the Project Manager / Head Office
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PEB site execution
- Good understanding of PEB components, erection methods, and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required
