As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop and bring added value to your career and gain additional skills with a BIM enabled contractor.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Report directly to the Senior Engineer</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.</p></li><li><p>Setting out of all works and survey the site.</p></li><li><p>Accurate record keeping and ability to interpret drawings and specifications essential.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all health and safety best practises are being followed at all times.</p></li><li><p>Assist with General admin, management of all staff on site.</p></li><li><p>Support Site Manager with day-to-day functions onsite.</p></li><li><p>Management, monitoring, co-ordination and delivery of engineering functions.</p></li><li><p>Manage the effective control and flow of all technical information required on the project.</p></li><li><p>Manage submittals and RFI submissions from development to approval by the design team.</p></li><li><p>Issue requisitions for materials & plant to our purchasing department.</p></li><li><p>Maintain the site diary / daily log activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and control quality / work standards on site.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Education and Skills Required:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience with a Main Contractor (commercial project experience desirable).</p></li><li><p>Strong Setting Out/Levels experience.</p></li><li><p>Full understanding of design drawings, and building regulations in Ireland.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Safepass and Manual Handling required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Commercial awareness and sound judgment.</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and proactively.</p></li><li><p>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Professional approach and commitment to company values.</p></li></ul>
