Your Role

  • You ensure the smooth operation and monitoring of our building services systems, including power supply systems as well as ventilation, cooling, and air-conditioning equipment.
  • You accompany maintenance companies and suppliers during on-site service activities and ensure everything runs according to plan.
  • You prepare work orders and document maintenance activities in our maintenance management system.
  • You identify and analyze malfunctions and are responsible for subsequent troubleshooting and fault resolution.
  • You support our Customer Service team with customer inquiries and contribute to high customer satisfaction.

  • Around 2 years of professional experience as a building services, operations, or service technician.
  • Completed technical education (technical college/HTL or apprenticeship in electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, or HVAC).
