  • Minimum 5 years hands-on site experience as Site Engineer on construction projects in Singapore.

  • Able to set up and maintain site control, to ensure work schedules, cost and labour elements are within budgets and targets.

  • Plan and manage projects assigned and to ensure timely completion and to achieve highest quality of works on site.

  • Plan and organize manpower and delivery to site.

  • Plan and organize materials and other resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time.

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture or related qualification

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Good interpersonnal and leadership skills

  • proficient in minimum AutoCad 2D drawings, MS office
