Assists in determining and defining the project scope and objectives of small to medium size projects or project stages of large projects. Assists in the scope definition of large projects. Assists in the calculation of resource needs to reach objectives for larger projects and manages subsets of resources in an effective and efficient manner. Assists in the tracking of budget based on scope of work and resource requirements for larger projects. Tracks project costs to meet budget for small to medium projects. Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan for small and medium projects or project stages and provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders and the project board, assisting the overall project manager.
