Site Engineer (Developer Side)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Project Manager / Development Manager

Role Purpose

The Site Engineer (Developer Side) serves as the developer’s on‑site representative, responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and authority regulations, and supporting the timely and successful delivery of development projects. The role ensures that contractors and consultants perform in line with contractual, technical, and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements: Candidates must have experience in high rise residential towers in UAE with strong emphasis on finishes. The candidates without this experience will not be considered.
