Job Description

We are presently recruiting a Site Foreman to manage the construction of a Hostel accommodation project based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading our site team to manage delivery of one of our high-quality development projects. This is a full time, permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to the project construction team to drive high standards ensuring that the required resources are in place for the construction team.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring subcontractors work in alignment with the program of works.

  • Identify buildability challenges and propose construction methods that offer cost or program advantages.

  • Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting.
