HR responsibilities

  • Assists or communicate new/transferred employee for their location, service and schedule.
  • Process employment requirements (Medical-Basic 5, NBI and RDT result) and ensure that the documents are secured and kept accordingly.
  • Initiate the registration of site workers to biometric machine for time-keeping purposes.
  • Checks and verifies Drivers Monitoring sheet prior submission to the Payroll Specialist for payment.
  • Execute payroll cash disbursement.
  • Knowledgeable in timekeeping.

Admin responsibilities

  • Accommodation and Transportation Planning: Work with the operations team to create site accommodation and transportation plans based on manpower requirements, ensuring all logistical needs are properly addressed.
