About the Role

We are seeking a senior, hands-on India Site Lead to establish, scale, and lead our India operations for a global financial services technology organization. This role will be responsible for building and managing the India delivery center, driving execution excellence, and acting as the primary bridge between India teams and global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings deep domain experience in financial services—particularly wealth management, asset management, investment platforms, or fintech—combined with strong leadership, operational rigor, and the ability to build high-performing teams from the ground up.
