The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Lead to manage our WA distribution site. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient and customer-focused distribution of finished goods, while driving strong team performance, operational excellence and compliance.
Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:
- Manage all warehouse and dispatch operations, including storage, picking, loading and distribution
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse team members and supervisors
- Plan and execute efficient dispatch schedules in line with DIFOT and customer requirements
- Manage freight partners to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
