Site Lead (Site Manager/Superintendent)

Spain - Site-based with travel throughout Europe

About the Role

We are expanding our teams across Europe and are looking for Site Leads to join us across two disciplines.

Fit-Out / Construction - take responsibility for leading on-site operations across large-scale fit-out and building modification installation projects.

Robotics / Automation – take responsibility for leading on-site operations across large-scale robotics, automation, and warehouse technology projects. Including industrial/warehouse automated solutions.

In this senior, hands-on role, you will coordinate all day-to-day installation activities, manage multi-disciplinary crews and agency labour, and act as the key on-site representative for NPSG. You will support the Project Manager and take the lead in their absence to ensure installation integrity and strict compliance with all construction and safety standards across Europe. 

Candidates must be based in Spain and possess the right to work in that country. Successful applicants must also be willing to travel and work away for prolonged periods and hold a valid passport.


Requirements

About You

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background in construction, engineering, electrical installation, automation, or mechanical systems who thrives in fast-paced installation environments and enjoys a balance of leadership, planning, and practical hands-on involvement.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Site Lead, Site Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman-level role within construction, engineering, automation, or industrial installation.
  • You excel at leading teams on live sites, coordinating multiple trades, and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
  • You bring solid mechanical and electrical understanding and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics.
  • You are comfortable stepping in to support the hands-on installation when needed and have the technical confidence to solve problems quickly.
  • You communicate clearly, organise effectively, and champion safety in all aspects of site delivery.
