    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the total manufacturing operations of the WI site which consists of 30 personnel, and an annual operating budget of $6mm. Leads and directs all activities associated with the chemical production effort including environmental, safety and health assurance, recruiting/training/development of operation personnel, directing the production workforce, maintaining inventories of raw materials and finished goods, and optimization of process efficiencies. Implements Company policy, safety, environmental and quality programs, and labor relations policy.
