• Previous experience on Tier 1 projects valued between $10-15 million.
• $140K-$150K + Super

The Company

Our client is a Tier 1, National Electrical Construction Contractor who are expanding in Sydney right now. Due to unprecedented growth in their Electrical Commercial Construction division in NSW, they are currently seeking an experienced site manager to join their team in Ultimo.

About you

• Previous experience on Tier 1 projects valued between $10-15 million
• Hold an Electrical Licence OR Communications Trade Certificate
• Data centre project experience essential 
• Strong client liaison skills
• Experience managing site staff and subcontractors
• Competent with QA and Safety documentation
• Experience with busduct and submains installations, as well as UPS systems
• Must have Electrical Site Manager experience 3+ years 
• Experience delivering projects across; Data centres, Commercial Towers, Education, Hospitals

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for;

• Variations and other financial metrics
• Supervise the performance of all project employees and subcontractors
• Supervise the implementation and maintenance of safe work practices and work within the HSE QA system 
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete
• Understand and ensure compliance with all project requirements, applicable standards and statutory requirements for labour, plant, equipment and materials
