Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in Sydney.

This role suits a seasoned construction professional who takes pride in building safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while confidently managing subcontractors, programmes and live environments.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site delivery of projects from establishment through to completion and handover. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, drive programme outcomes and ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met at all times.

Projects typically range from $5m–$10m and often involve staged works, occupied buildings and tight programmes.
