Site Manager – Hospitality Project ($13m+) Location: Ettalong, NSW
Project: New-build RSL | $13m+ value
 
We are partnering with a well-established builder who has recently secured a new $13m+ hospitality project on the Central Coast. With construction gearing up, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong hospitality background to take ownership of delivery from site establishment through to completion.

 
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a flagship project with a builder known for quality delivery and strong internal culture.
The Project

  • New-build RSL / hospitality venue
  • Value: $13m+
  • Full site management responsibility
  • Strong systems, processes, and support in place

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end site management and program delivery
  • Managing subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
  • Driving program, quality, safety, and cost outcomes
  • Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining site documentation and reporting using Procore & Breadcrumb
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS, QA, and project milestones

About You

  • 10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (or Senior Site Manager)
  • Proven background delivering hospitality projects (RSLs, pubs, clubs, hotels, venues)
  • Strong understanding of services-heavy, live or complex hospitality builds
  • Confident running projects $10m+ in value
  • Experience using Procore (essential) and Breadcrumb (highly regarded)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
