Site Manager – Hospitality Project ($13m+) Location: Ettalong, NSW
Project: New-build RSL | $13m+ value

We are partnering with a well-established builder who has recently secured a new $13m+ hospitality project on the Central Coast. With construction gearing up, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong hospitality background to take ownership of delivery from site establishment through to completion.



This is an excellent opportunity to step into a flagship project with a builder known for quality delivery and strong internal culture.
The Project

New-build RSL / hospitality venue

Value: $13m+

Full site management responsibility

Strong systems, processes, and support in place

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

End-to-end site management and program delivery

Managing subcontractors, trades, and site logistics

Driving program, quality, safety, and cost outcomes

Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Maintaining site documentation and reporting using Procore & Breadcrumb

Ensuring compliance with WHS, QA, and project milestones

About You

10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (or Senior Site Manager)

Proven background delivering hospitality projects (RSLs, pubs, clubs, hotels, venues)

Strong understanding of services-heavy, live or complex hospitality builds

Confident running projects $10m+ in value

Experience using Procore (essential) and Breadcrumb (highly regarded)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
