Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Support compliance management, resolving issues both during planning and on-site execution
  • Lead, mentor, and guide subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to standards
  • Manage workforce allocation across multiple projects
  • Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Drive projects to completion within contractual deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
