Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and programme

  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and site preparation 


  • Essential Experience & Skills 



  • Proven experience as a site manager on care home, residential or healthcare projects


  • Excellent health and safety awareness 


  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors 


  • Required Certifications 



  • SMSTS


  • CSCS


  • First Aid
