Location: Bridgend + site travel
Hours: 39 hrs/week | Mon–Fri
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding to oversee multiple projects across South Wales and the South West, ensuring safe, high-quality and profitable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage roofing & cladding contracts from pre-start to completion
*
Plan labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors
*
Control project costs, valuations, variations, and invoicing
*
Lead site teams and drive productivity and programme performance
*
Ensure full H&S compliance, RAMS, and quality standards

Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent project delivery
