Job Description
Involve Recruitment working with a reputable contractor delivering a major cladding replacement and façade remediation scheme in Bristol. Due to project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in externals and cladding works.
Key responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day site management of cladding, façade and external works
* Managing specialist cladding and façade subcontractors
* Driving health & safety compliance, toolbox talks and RAMS
* Monitoring programme, quality and progress against targets
* Coordinating with Project Managers, consultants and the client team
* Ensuring works comply with current fire safety and building regulations
* Maintaining accurate site records and reporting
