Job Description

Gantrex, world leader in crane rails and special applications, is looking for a Site Manager / Site Manager for a project of at least two years in the province of Cadiz, with real possibilities of permanence in the company’s workforce.

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Preparation of the start-up of the work

  • Management and control of deadlines and costs of the work.

  • Daily communication with the site managers for the planning of the works.

  • Interlocution with the Project Manager for the monitoring of the project.

  • Liaison with subcontractors for the coordination of works.

    • Requirements:


    It will be positively valued to be located in the province of Cadiz, or willing to travel for 80% of the duration of the project (estimated 2 years).

  • Used to working and supervising in construction, industrial and assembly environments.

  • Ability to manage teams

  • Orientation towards project management, control and monitoring.

  • Dynamic, proactive and autonomous, with good communication skills.

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a similar position in an industrial, mechanical or construction environment.

  • Handling of office automation tools.
