Site Manager: Multi‑Storey Car Park (MSCP) | Freelance | Cardiff | CIS
Contract Duration: 3 months+ (immediate start)
Day rate: £250–£300 per day (DOE)
Working pattern: Choose 3, 4 or 5 days Mon–Fri + mandatory Saturday until 1pm (paid full day rate)
Payment: Weeky (CIS available)
Location: Cardiff (site‑based)
We’re seeking a Site Manager to run the delivery of a new multi‑storey car park (MSCP) project in Cardiff for a major European design‑and‑build contractor operating across the UK. You’ll oversee daily site operations, subcontractors, programme, safety, and quality. Experience on MSCP or concrete/steel frame structures is essential. MEP knowledge is important for coordination. You’ll manage M&E packages delivered by specialist subcontractors (not self‑delivery).
